2. The Main Principles of Our OHS Policy
Within the framework of this fundamental responsibility, our OHS Policy embraces and commits to implementing the following core principles:

• A Proactive Approach with the Goal of "Zero Accidents": We consider all occupational accidents and occupational diseases preventable and implement a proactive, rather than a reactive, risk management approach to achieve our "zero accident" goal. We prioritize identifying hazards at their source, systematically assessing risks, and implementing all necessary control measures to eliminate or reduce these risks to acceptable levels.
• Full Compliance with Legal Obligations and Standards: We fully comply with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, etc.) in all countries where we operate, and even aim to create safer working conditions that exceed these standards.
• Safe Work Environment and Equipment: We design, organize, and periodically inspect all our workspaces—factories, construction sites, facilities, and offices—to ensure safety. We provide our employees with personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to their duties and fully compliant with standards, and we oversee their correct use. We ensure safe operation by performing regular maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Training, Competence, and Participation: To create and maintain a strong OHS culture, we provide all our employees with regular and ongoing OHS training appropriate to their positions and the risks they face. By encouraging our employees to report hazards, participate in improvement processes, and take an active role in OHS committees, we transform safety into a value shared by everyone. • Emergency Management: To be prepared for potential emergencies (fire, accident, natural disaster, etc.), we create effective emergency plans, regularly conduct drills of these plans, and ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about them.

We regularly measure and evaluate our OHS performance through targets, field inspections, and near-miss analysis. We are committed to creating a safer work environment by continuously improving our OHS Management System in light of this data, technological advancements, and changing conditions.
